Registration Fee
Each student registering for a class is charged a yearly $15.00 registration fee.
Class Fees
Our charges are per class for the 15-week semester. All prices are per individual student. Our rates are:
- 30 minute class – $110
- 45 minute class – $140
- 60 minute class – $160
- 90 minute class – $200
Payment plan
- Fall semester payments are due on August 30 and October 15.
- Spring semester payments are due on January 10 and March 1.
Payment Options
The Mancini Academy accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. Weekly and “per lesson” payments are not accepted. There will be a $40 returned check fee. Students whose accounts are past due will not be permitted to participate in class until the account is made current. A $20 late fee will be assessed on any payments made after the due date.
Discounts*
- Fall semester discount: Pay the tuition in full by August 30 for the 15-week semester and you receive a $15.00 discount.
- Spring semester discount: Pay the tuition in full by January 10 for the 15-week semester and you receive a $15.00 discount.
- A 5% discount is available for the following: children of National Network of Digital School employees, children of PA Cyber employees, children of the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center and Charter School employees, residents of the Midland School district and Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter students.
- Multi-Class Discount: For each individual student who registers for 2 classes per semester, deduct 15% off tuition, 3 classes per semester, deduct 20% off tuition and 4 or more classes deduct 25% off tuition.
Refund Policy*
Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing.
Refunds will be handled as follows:
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Withdrawal before the first class — 100% of tuition is refunded.
- Withdrawal after the 1st week of classes — 50% of total tuition payment is refunded.
- Withdrawal after the 2nd week of classes — no tuition is refunded.
Children age 5 and under opt out option:
- After 2 weeks of class — full refund
- After 3 weeks — 75% refund of tuition
- After 4 weeks — 50% refund of tuition
- After 5 weeks — no refund
Financial Aid
To qualify for financial aid, families must complete a financial aid form and meet certain financial criteria. Financial aid awards are available and cover group classes only (not private lessons). This financial aid is on a first-come first-serve basis. All students must re-apply for financial aid in the fall of each year. For a financial aid form, please contact the Mancini Academy office. Aid is awarded in August. No audition is necessary to receive financial aid.
